📌 What if I need to reschedule or take time off?

✅ If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. You’ll be able to rebook later in the week.
✅ Cancellations without 24-hour notice may still be deducted from your coaching time.
✅ No-shows and last-minute cancellations WILL count against your booked time.
📌 What if my call runs over time?
I do my best to keep calls on schedule, but sometimes we need extra time to wrap things up. Here’s how overages work:
✅ If we go over by 15 minutes or less, that time is complimentary.
✅ If you’d like to continue beyond that, extra time is deducted in 30-minute chunks.
✅ Example: If we go 45 minutes over, the first 15 minutes are free, and the extra 30 minutes will be deducted from your remaining coaching hours.
This ensures we stay flexible while keeping things fair and structured.
